NEW STUDENTS

The legal parent or guardian needs to provide Proof of Residence, such as a current utility bill (electric, gas, water) with the parent's name and address printed on it.

If parents have not been living at the residence long enough to have a utility bill, a contract or lease on a house or apartment will be accepted.  No cell phone bills will be accepted as a Proof of Residence.

Other initial items for student registration include:  Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Immunization/Physical on the TN Green Cardstock, and parent's proof of Rutherford County Wheel Tax Registration.
